I’m a Decorated Foreign Service Officer in the U.S. State Department and Military Veteran in the Civil Engineer Corps who has spent my career leading complex U.S. Embassy and Consulate operations in high-risk, resource-constrained environments around the world. Now, I'm the Chief Executive Officer of Page Construction bringing more than three decades of global leadership experience in commercial and residential construction management, infrastructure development, operational strategy, and high-level executive oversight.
My History
A former Senior U.S. Diplomatic Officer, decorated military veteran, and construction management professional, has led complex multimillion-dollar operations across more than 180 U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide. His career has been defined by precision, discipline, innovation, and the ability to execute large-scale projects in some of the world’s most demanding and high-risk environments.
With a Master of Science in Construction Management and extensive expertise in commercial and residential construction, Bradley combines strategic leadership with a deep understanding of architectural integrity, facility operations, logistics, security infrastructure, and project execution. Throughout his career, he has overseen large-scale construction renovations , facility modernization initiatives, housing developments, and infrastructure programs valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in craftsmanship, operational excellence, and creating environments that seamlessly merge timeless design with modern innovation.
